Welcome to HimalyanTrips. By accessing or booking through our website (www.himalyantrips.com), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transactions.
1. Booking & Payments
All travel packages and services are subject to availability and confirmation.
A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be settled at least 7 days before the commencement of the tour.
Payments can be made via UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, or direct bank transfer.
Prices are subject to change due to market fluctuations, seasonal demand, or operational reasons, but confirmed bookings remain unaffected.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 15 days or more before departure: 90% refund.
Cancellations made 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 10 working days of cancellation confirmation.
3. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions
The scope of inclusions/exclusions is specified in each tour package. Kindly review the itinerary details before booking.
Entrance fees, camera charges, tips, and personal expenses are generally not included unless otherwise mentioned.
4. Travel Documentation
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they carry all necessary documentation (valid ID proof, tickets, permits, etc.).
HimalyanTripsa will not be liable for any delays, issues, or additional charges due to incomplete or incorrect documents.
5. Itinerary Modifications
We reserve the right to amend the tour itinerary due to unforeseen events such as weather, strikes, road closures, or safety concerns.
Any changes will be communicated to travelers as early as possible, with equivalent alternative arrangements offered.
6. Responsibility & Liability
HimalyanTripsa acts as a travel facilitator and is not liable for third-party services such as s, hotels, or transportation.
We are not responsible for any delays, loss of property, injury, or accidents that may occur during the tour.
Clients must follow the local rules, respect the culture, and behave responsibly during the trip.
7. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in our standard packages unless specified.
We recommend all travelers obtain appropriate travel insurance before departure.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, media, and graphics on www.himalyantrips.com are owned by HimalyanTripsa and may not be reused or redistributed without written permission.
9. Privacy
We value your privacy. Any information you provide is used solely for processing bookings and improving customer experience.

10. Governing Law
All disputes shall be governed by Indian law and fall under the jurisdiction of Shimla, Himachal Pradesh courts.
