 We are seeking a passionate Vacation Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Trip Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning, booking, and organizing their travel experiences. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a love for travel, and a strong ability to create memorable, tailored experiences for our clients.

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, budget, and special needs.
  • Design customized travel itineraries based on these preferences, ensuring a unique and personalized experience.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product quality by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
1. Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
2.Experience:
  • 1-5 years of relevant work experience, depending on the role. Freshers with strong skills are also encouraged to apply.
3.Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. Additional language skills are a plus.
4.Customer Service:
  • Strong customer handling, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
5.Technical Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with travel booking software, MS Office, and digital tools.
6.Marketing & Sales Skills:
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media management, and lead generation.
7.Time Management:
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines efficiently.
8.Team Collaboration:
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate with different departments.
9.Adaptability & Flexibility:
  • Willingness to travel, work flexible hours, and adapt to changing demands.
10.Attention to Detail:
  • Accuracy in handling bookings, finances, and documentation.

SALARY PACKAGE:

Our salary package for fresher candidate depends on interview.

Experienced candidate’s in same field salary package depends upon the interview and last salary withdrawn.
