1. Terms & Conditions
- To confirm the booking we need 40% amount as the advance
- Balance (60%) payment will be charged on arrival.
- The advance amount is non-refundable if the customer cancels his/her booking because of reasons like Illness, personal problems death, accident, or no-show.
2. Voucher Important Notes
- The above package is already customized as per the customer?s requirement changes will be made after the booking confirmation.
- Check-in and Check-out time as per hotel policies
- Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in
- Meal timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels.
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- The extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event.
- No discount will be provided after booking confirmation.
- No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of the hotel are not up to your, expectations, it will be considered on a case-to-case basis.
- Car AC in the car will not work in Hill Stations.
- It is mandatory for all the guest to show valid ID at the time of check-in
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable
- Himalayan Trips LLP reserves the right to reschedule the tour and/or change the itinerary due to uncontrollable situations and guests have to abide by the new schedule/itinerary

4. Cancellation Policy
- Notify us immediately in writing and this will take effect the day it is received by us. All monies will be forfeited as follows:
- Number of days before departure:
- More than 20 days
- The advance amount is non-refundable if the customer cancels his/her. booking because of reasons like Illness, personal problems death, accident, or no-show.
- Also, note that all cancellations must interact in writing.
- The company has complete authority to change the package costing due? to a hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation, or any other service that has been provided
- We will not accept any type of cancellation for peak season dates like (April, May, June, December, and any festival dates Like Holi Dushera Diwali, etc.
5. Prepone and Postpone Trip Policy
- Prepone/Postpone Request Timing: All requests to prepone or postpone must be made at least 20 days before the scheduled departure date to allow sufficient time for adjustments.
- Availability Dependent: Preponement or postponement of trips is subject to the availability of accommodations, transportation, and other arrangements. Himalayan Trips LLP will make every effort to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
- Administrative Fee: An administrative fee of INR 500 per traveler will apply to all prepone/postpone requests to cover additional coordination efforts.
- Price Adjustment: If there is a difference in pricing due to seasonal changes or varying rates at the new travel dates, the client will be responsible for paying any increase or will receive a refund for any price decrease.
- One-Time Change: Only one prepone or postponed request per booking is permitted without incurring extra charges. Additional requests may be considered with applicable fees.
- Non-Refundable Components: Any non-refundable portions of the trip (e.g., certain hotels, and flights) may lead to additional charges in the case of a date change. These will be clarified at the time of the request.
- Notice for High Season/Peak Time: For trips during peak seasons or holiday periods, requests to postpone or postpone may require at least 30 days? advance notice due to high demand and limited availability.
- Revised Itinerary: The itinerary may be subject to minor changes when a trip is preponed or postponed, depending on destination availability and vendor schedules.
- Client Consent: The client must confirm their consent for any additional charges or itinerary modifications before the prepone/postpone request is processed.
- Policy Amendment Rights: Himalayan Trips LLP reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice. Any changes will apply only to new requests made after the policy amendment date.
