Tara Devi Temple is a very popular and sacred shrine located on the hillocks of Shimla. The temple is extremely famous among tourists. The clean and contemporary atmosphere here helps them relax from the day to day worries of life.

The temple is dedicated to the Hindu-Buddhists Goddess Tara, named- goddess Bhagwati Tara Devi. It is a famous religious attraction of Shimla. It is a belief that it is more than 250 years ancient and constructed by the King Bhupendra Sen. There are two paths you can reach Tara Devi Temple Shimla. One is by walking up to the temple from Tara Devi stoppage up to the hilltop. It will require efforts but is not that difficult. Another way is to drive up to temple via  Shogi.
