Himalayan Nyingamapa Gompa is built in a modern architectural style by Tibetan refugees. It is one of the famous Buddhist Gompa in Manali. The Buddhist Gompa looks quite alluring and is located in the Tibetan market of Manali town. It is not huge in size like other Buddhist monasteries in the area. Still, the monastery manages to catch a lot of tourist attention by its yellow-colored head.
The most important feature is the gold statue of Lord Buddha which is inside the main shrine. The monastery has beautiful wall paintings which display excellent Tibetan work.
