1.Advance Payment:
    • To confirm your booking,  advance payment of 40% of the total package cost must be deposited into our company’s account.
    • Details for the bank transfer will be provided upon request or upon confirmation of your booking.
2. Balance Payment:
    • The remaining 60% of the total package cost must be settled upon arrival at the designated destination.
    • Our representative will provide you with the necessary details for making the final payment.
3.Confirmation Letter:

 

    • A confirmation letter will be issued upon receipt of the advance payment.
    • This letter contains vital information such as confirmed hotel reservations, details of the allocated transportation (Cab), and important contact numbers for our services.

Important Note:

    • Customers are required to carry the issued confirmation letter during their trip.
    • The confirmation letter serves as proof of your booking and includes essential details for a smooth travel experience.
4. Cancellation Policy:
    • The advance payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
    • Any cancellations made within 15 days of the trip will result in the forfeiture of the entire advance payment.

    • Any changes or modifications to the booking must be communicated to our customer service at least 15 days before the scheduled arrival date.
    • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

6. Health and Safety:
  • Travelers are responsible for meeting all health requirements for their chosen destination.
  • Follow all safety guidelines provided by our guides and local authorities during the trip.
7. Documentation:
  • Travelers must carry all necessary documents, including passports, visas, and booking confirmations.
  • Himalayan Trips is not responsible for issues arising from inadequate or incorrect travel documentation.
8. Code of Conduct:

           Respect local customs, traditions, and laws during your travels.Any disruptive behavior impacting the safety or enjoyment of others may result in expulsion from the trip without refund.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives.
